I'm thinking about getting a new computer pretty soon, and a difficult thing to choose is wich motherboard to have in it. Especially since i don't know much about computer hardware in general.

I need a motherboard that is compatible with an AMD Athlon 64 processor, wich is socket 939. And it needs to be able to handle upgrades in the future (so a motherboard that supports Athlon 64, but then needs to be replaced when theres something better around isn't something i'd like). Also what memory should go with it, or maybe it makes no difference as long as they are compatible?

I also need a good graphics card to go with this. I thought that a Sapphire Radeon X800GTO (256 mb GDDR3) would be a good choice, because its reasonably priced. But i'm not sure what that supports. Can it run things with all the newest shaders and graphics technology? Also, should i get a graphics card with PCI support or AGP?
