I've just bought an Abit IC7 motherboard for a new P4 processor, but it comes with that black plastic bracket to attach a heatskink.
I want to use my Zalman 5100-Cu cooler instead. Does anyone know if the supplied black plastic bracket can be removed leaving the 4 holes in the motherboard that I need to attach my Zalman?
