Mouse issue

I'm having a weird problem in-game. It might be my mouse...I dunno. I'm using a decent Logitech Optical Mouse. Anyway, what will happen is: I'll be walking along everything's fine, then all of a sudden BAM I'm staring at the ceiling or floor. It's like my view just automatically snaps to that view without me doing it. Sometimes it spins around in circles too.

Your optical mouse if reflecting off of whatever your mouse is being used on (table, chair) I would reccomend getting a nonreflective mouspad to cure the spazzy mouse movement. (I had the same problem)

Maybe you have your mouse settings to "Reverse Mouse". To check if that is what it is, go to Options and Mouse settings. That's all I can think of, because it's happened to me before, and it turned out that it was because of Reverse Mouse being selected.

Thanks, man. I didn't realize this could happen to an optical mouse. I *was* using my mouse right on my desk which is slightly reflective. That could have been the problem. I made a make-shift mousepad out of a piece of paper taped to the desk and it helped. Thanks again.
