Moussaoui gets life in prison.

Too bad Mr Moussaoui. You tried to fake insanity but not even a terrorist bastard like you can evade American justice.

Hope the **** goes insane in prison.

I am rather glad he didn't get the death penalty actually. He was only tangentially involved with the entire plot, and from what I understand from the trial, he was schizo. And also from what I've heard about the kind of environment he's going to have in the prison he's going to, it's unlikely he'll ever see teh ight of day again.

Im sad we are wasting american tax money feeding this trash, but death penalty would be a easy out.

I am glad he did not get killed and he will get to sit in prison for the rest of his life to think about what impact he caused on all of those peoples family.

You stole Cormeh's avatar... But yes, death would be too easy. Not that he won't go insane before too long. Er, more insane.

It's good that he didn't get the death penalty or else he'd just be contributing to the "martyr cause."

It did kind of piss me off, though, that he said, 'You lose America. I win.' as he was being lead from the courtroom. ****ing jerkoff.

He would have said that whatever the verdict.

It's just words, what's far more serious is his crime.

Yeah, you're right. I retract the statement. I just got a little hot-blooded. But yes, he gets what he gets because of how he acted, not for trying to go out like a bigshot.

No forced listening session to Britney Spears? That's a shame.

I'm satisfied. Death penalty would've sat well with me too but either way this is fine.

It costs more money to put him to death rather than life in prison. That's why he didn't receive the death penalty.

pfft, this guy isn't responsible for anything. How about they take the american government to court for knowing about 911 beforehand and doing nothing about it?

Shut the **** up, Frenzy. Let me elaborate actually: if you think there were some intelligence failures and the government messed up, I could see possibly where you are coming from. If you are one of those 9-11 conspiracists, then shove it. Let us know.

not even remotely true ..the federal government pushed for the death penalty but it was up to the judge and jury. They didnt find guilty enough to warrent the death penalty

Either way he gets what he deserves - prison or death.
I'm not from America and I'm glad f'ed up people like this, who caused all this comotion in the states ended up in prison.

I found myself liking the sentencing judge in this case really (Though I can't remember her name at the moment). She was respectful of the victim's families rights, intolerant of any screw-ups by the prosecution. She was actually indignant at the coaching done to witnesses by the prosecution as well. She was just no nonsense about making sure no one was screwing around with any part of the case. Generally I am for the death penalty in EXTREME cases, but in this case his part just seemed too incidental to what the true perpetrators did. Life is fine with me.

Its not a goddamn conspiracy. Not only does the CIA have very close connections with Alkayda (due to the relationship they formed in the 1980s to use this terrorist group against the russians in afghanistan) they were also informed several times about the incoming attack by the isreali intelligence agency and I think the eygptian intelligence agency - I may be wrong about that one.

It doesn't matter anyway, this guy just a take the blame guy, a facade to convince people like you the whole 911 thing is over and justice has been served now that they've thrown this loser in prison.

How about you look at the amount of stock in airline shares was traded just before the 911 attacks? and the Insurance policy taken on the buildings weeks before these attacks? Unlikely coincidences.

It costs more money to put him to death rather than life in prison. That's why he didn't receive the death penalty. Show me a video of a federal government official or a jury member saying what you said, and I'll agree with you. Show me another one of your "Google links" and I will continue believing you are the most retarded person on these forums.

Oh I almost forgot grammAr boy, you spelled warrant just like you spelled anally wrong. Why don't you send me another professional PM filled with insults and telling me to visit www.dictionary.com ;-)

you want to back that up with evidence? here's mine:

the FEDERAL government pushed for the death penalty:

NY Times said:
President Bush, whose Justice Department spent millions in quest of the death penalty, said shortly after the verdict that "the end of this trial represents the end of this case, but not an end to the fight against terror."

it was up to the judge and jury:

NY Times said:
The jury of nine men and three women deliberated seven days before telling District Judge Leonie M. Brinkema this afternoon that it had decided not to impose the death sentence

so what were you saying about it costing too much?

I thought you said you were turning off your pm's? what's wrong little man cant take the heat?

It costs more money to give him the death penalty than to put him in prison for life.

Can't take what heat? You can't even spell.

No, stern was right. The prosecution wanted him dead.

wikipedia said:
In seeking a death sentence, prosecutors were required to prove that he "intentionally participated in an act…and the victim died as a direct result of the act.

edit: sorry for stepping on your shoes stern, should have know you could handle the matter.

No, stern was right. The prosecution wanted him dead.

Stern's never right, trust me on this one.

Tell me something Stern, you're constantly making posts on government conspiracy. Why wouldn't you believe that this is a government conspiracy to save money?

President Bush, whose Justice Department spent millions in quest of the death penalty, said shortly after the verdict that "the end of this trial represents the end of this case, but not an end to the fight against terror."

You're constantly calling Bush a liar, why would you believe him this time?

Its the right choice. He's a scapegoat, but an evil scapegoat. Death would be too easy for him; life should be punishment enough, all the while thinking of all of those virgins in paradise he could have been enjoying right about now. He's left with Bubba and any guards that might want to "do" him. Like Dahmer, this guy won't last long in any institution....

Ugh, please STFU. This sort of thing is most annoying to everyone else.

You completely dodged my question you moron. Read over my post. I said show me something other than your lying media, and I'll believe you.

Can't take the heat? Shall I own you again?

are you for real? how old are you? my lying media? the New York Times?, George Freakin bush is lying? (well yes, and often) ...pfft would you like signed affidavits? how about a personal telegram from bush himself?

hehe I like my quote in your sig, actually quite scathing, like a mental karate kick to side of the head .. I should post his foaming at the mouth "YOU BROKE MY BRAINZ STERNNNN" reply but I wont cuz the P in PM stands for private ..so out of principle, no ...even for this turd

You retard. I edited that post 15 minutes ago because I didn't want to laugh as you waste your time finding 2937423 links. Seeing that you have nothing to do with your life but reach 19,000 posts and argue, I was starting to feel bad for you...

But what makes you think you're being told the truth? You never seem to believe anything else...

you mean you edited your post so you wouldnt look like an idiot? ..fait accompli ..welll almost

Oh please, you make yourself look like an idiot.

And answer my question you dodging moron, why wouldn't you think you're being lied to? You're constantly talking about government conspiracy, why would you all of a sudden believe them??? DUHHH

See it's all conspiracy! The jury members are working for the government! They'll lie, and the U.S. government will save more money by not giving Moussaoui the death penalty! Just like how our government lied on 9/11!

You need help.

Seriously.

Oh, and for the record, a very suprising verdict/sentance.
Its gratifying to see jurors vote with their consciences in the face of government pressure.

Why do I need help? Everyone is always talking about government conspiracy!

I stand by the fact that this is government conspiracy! The jurors were told to say that he should get life in prison rather than the death penalty! I'm sorry if you don't believe me, but if our government lied about 9/11, then they can easily lie about something like this.

See they also knew he'd die in prison once he gets to meet everyone there, so it was like killing two birds with one stone. A cheaper and faster way of having Moussaoui die. I stand by this fact.

Trust me, the Soviets pulled shit like this off all the time when they didn't want to waste bullets at their firing ranges.

I agree. With both points. Apply the first to Frenzy, and we can be friends!
