I got a question about this movie that was on TV that I was watching but couldnt finish... i dunno the title so maybe you guys can help me

It was with Nicholas Cage and he was this undercover cop for the LAPD I believe and did these bets on these boxer guys. There was this cover up for this heavyweight guy, who had never been KO'ed in his whole career but I guess some poeple found out something he didnt want people to know so he agreed to fake a KO'.... anyhow this assasin killed the secretary of defence who was also at the game and so on... I dunno what else happened.

Oh yea and another one with John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson, where they wore suits and killed people... I cant remember what that one was called either, but it was really violent and good :D

Im a movie buff kinda...dosent this belong in that new Movie, TV forum?

lol deadline, are you serious? Snake Eyes and Pulp Fiction :dozey:

Snake Eyes was not very good and neither was A Clockwork Orange for that matter.

best movie of all time has to be The Big Lebowski.

Good, but not the best.

I wish this was in the TV and Movies forum. Its so lonely over there :(

Some of my favorite movies:

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Terminator 2
The Big Lebowski
Life of Brian
Memento
One Flew Over Cuckoo's Nest
Adaptation
Reservoir Dogs
Pulp Fiction
Predator

I buy about 2 a week. My latest purchase was Memento, and I'll be getting Phone Booth tomorrow (on sale for $10 woo!)

...but I'm selling Icarus milk.

;(

Full Metal Jacket is my favorite Kubrick film, but i don't feel that Kubrick was much of a genius, unlike a lot of people.

I may have jumped the gun a little when i said The Big Lebowski, what I meant was Starship Troopers was the best film of all time.

im a big fan of 2001. the center part with HAL is brill, also i have to go see eyes wide shut agian thought i didnt get it hte first time. i wish kubrick could have made AI it would have been a much better film i think

i'm a big fan of charley kaufman, so all my favorite movies are from him

1.Adaptation
2.Being John Malchovich

i didn't like eternal sunshine as much mostly because it seemed so much more tame compared to malchovich and adaptation.

but outside of kaufman fare i'd have to go with either lost in translation or The Matrix.

Has anybody else watched
Jonah, the veggietales movie?
Now that movie owned.

1. Legends Of The Fall
2. Pulp Fiction
3. The Outsiders
4. Swordfish
5. Goodfellas

Anyone seen Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind? It is trippy but I found it entertaining and I don't usually like Jim Carrey.

Ahhh no wonder that movie felt so much like Being John Malcovich. I enjoyed both :)
