Moving Steam

Is there a easy way to move Steam from one drive to another? It's taking up 9GB on my C:\ drive and I want to move it to my gaming drive...

Is there some program or do I have to copy all the GCFs, uninstall Steam and then reinstall?

the way i do it is just install steam on watever i want to move it on,log in with my account and if hl2s installed everything runs smoothly,i just download the games i want off of the web and steam.yep real smooth, only took meh 5 minutes to download everything i need (cept hl2,that took meh20 minutes i think)

I think the only way to do it is to copy all of the GCF's and then reinstall Steam.

It'll be a bitch but it'll take waaaay less time than redownloading :|
