Moving Wall

Ok, I'm doing a simple little remake of good ol' cs_reflex for my friends, and need some help with the center wall.
I've set it to func_movelinear, and given it all the right settings...

I just need to know how to set up some sort of looping function that will move the wall up and down every 15 seconds or so.
