MS CEO Steve Ballmer gets egged!

There's not any egg on him. :( I was hoping he'd have stiff peaks for hair at the end of the barrage.

I just expected somebody to get egged, not be a master dodger. :(
 
I'd much rather see him get pied with a cherry custard pie with whipped creme, then get hauled out the front doors of M$'s Redmond office on a log.

That guy just hated Microsoft in general.
That guy obviously had a low dex score.

And I know hes the CEO, I just added the "who is" part to make my post sound more like Arnold Schwarzenegger.
 
Krynn72, what happened is that Microsoft struck a deal with the Hungarian government, it basically gave Microsoft a 100% monopoly when it came to computers etc, atleast in state-owned stuff like schools, jobs etc, basically every computer HAD TO HAVE a MS OS, and HAD to pay for it, even if they wanted to install Linux on it and not use Windows.

There are rumours that this deal was reached via Microsoft bribing corrupt officials etc.
 
The problem is, that seeing as the deal is paid by state money, it's basically coming from the people's taxes.
 
For once, I agree, basically, due to the deal, the Hungarian people are paying Microsoft to put a Microsoft OS on every computer that is supplied via the government, if I've understood the deal correctly, that's what the guy who throws the egg screams about, "Give the money back to the hungarian people" etc.

And how is it Microsoft's fault?

Our government was so stupid that they signed such a contract for money, and Microsoft was more than happy to accept it.


Anyways, the hungarian government sucks hardly, the PM even admitted after his re-election that:

"We don't have much choice. Because we have f*cked up. Big time. No country in Europe has ever been so impudent. We have obviously been lying for two years. It was absolutely clear that what we were saying was not true. And all this time we haven't done anything. Nothing. You can't name a single major government measure that we can be proud of, apart from pulling the government out of this shit. If we have to square up with the country about what we have done, what will we say?"

I mean, literally. He used these words. (and he didn't resign) :cheese:
