I wanted to see if the MS/Razer Tarantula was truly the 'ultimate gamer keyboard' like they claim, so I returned the Fatality keyboard I bought and got all my money back, and bought the Tarantula.

This $99 keyboard is pure garbage. You would be better off with a keyboard that costs .99 cents.

You have to press the keys really hard before they register. So when I'm typing, there are constantly letters missing, I have to go back and insert them.

The keys have to travel very far, they don't feel nice to press, the keyboard is huge and doesn't look as good as it looks in pictures, it uses 2 USB ports (LOL) (although it has 2 USB inputs on the keyboard itself.)

The little sidebar keys like volume, home, zoom, etc. are hard to press and feel more troublesome than just clicking those buttons with your mouse.

Only a handfull of the keys light up.

The Creative Fatality keyboard is about 100 times better than this, at half the price.

It's like they spent all the money getting the little Razor tribal symbol to fluctuate and get bright and dim.

DO NOT WANT.

Will be returning it today and getting buying the Fatality KB again.

Whoever gave the Tarantula keyboard good reviews obviously hasn't tried a good keyboard before.

But it has a Gold-plated USB connector!

I wonder how often that keyboard gets returned.
