MSN Crashes - Won't start up again

Any ideas on how to solve this, I've already reinstalled it. After a crash, the process will start, but nothing happens, no windows appear, so I end it via CtrlAltDel.

Any ideas?

Sorry, it is Live Messenger, but I'm used to calling it MSN

And don't suggest alternate clients please, they aren't a patch on Live - I've tried almost all of them. But I might just have to switch :\

Can you do system restore? Like going back in time to previous restore points?
