Multi Thread Support?

Will HL2 support SMP?

Im not sure just how well my systems will meet the specs for half life2.

I have a Dual P3 866, 4 GB PC 133, Asus CUV4-XD, 128 mb Ati 9200.

I also have a 9800 that I might swap into this system form another.

No SMP support.
If I remember what Valve had said, it's too much upkeep (bugs), trouble to intergrate (design) and little pay off (performance).
