Concerned about what they see as a rise in the defamation of Islam, leaders of the world's Muslim nations are considering taking legal action against those that slight their religion or its sacred symbols. It was a key issue during a two-day summit that ended Friday in this western Africa capital.

Don't they understand that religion is a choice, not a genetic disposition set in stone? If I choose to believe in anything else that is based on flawed reasoning, but not actually a religion, people will be free to ridicule me left right and centre.

It's called "contextual advertising". They scan what words are used and if any of them matches a specific thing they're selling, that's the ad which appears on the site. In this case it's concubines!
