Do you actully think theres mutants somwhere in the world where like an army has bombed or somthing, like "The Hills Have Eyes"?

Note: Conjoined Twins are Mutants and stuff and lots more disable things like that but im talking about Killer Mutants!

have you heard of little boy and fat man? google "radiation effects hiroshima". radiation mutates the body but doesnt give you gnarley powers in fact it pretty much kills you slowly in ever more disfiguring ways
