October- I get into Nine Inch Nails
November- I see the delux version of The Downward Spiral on amazon
November 18th- I order it, and am promised three things-
1.It will be released on the 22nd of november
2.It will arrive on the 22nd-24th
3.It will be dispatched as soon as a copy is received
November 22nd- The release date it changed to 6th December (this may or not be amazons fault)
Promise 1. and 2. broken
December 8th- It still has not been dispatched, even though the site confirms copies are avilable
December 10th- I get the reply back from the second complaint (the first was about the release date and asking why), to sum it up they could not "find" my order, even though it still hasnt been dispatched, not quite sure what they mean
December 17th- Third complaint sent, waiting for reply
So after preordering it (is it just me or does preordering something give you preferential treatment?) it still has not arrived, almost a month after it was supposed to be. This is really pissing me off, im already bad enough with mail order and my impatience, but this is driving me crazy. Damn you amazon!
