Dear HL2.net Community and Staff

Well, the last few months have been far from pleasant. For what this community got from me, they deserve a good lynching. All I can say is that I deeply regret the words I have said, and the actions I have done. I should have realized how idiotic I was faking my identity then becoming quite an unpleasant person. While I know that I deserve a whole lot more than just a banning, I would still hope that some bit of understanding is brought around. The last few days haven’t exactly gone well at home, but that hardly justifies my loss of temper. In the end, the angry words you heard were not directed at anyone here at HL2.net, except for a bit of myself. I highly understand my actions were very wrong and wish I could bring them back. I apologize to HL2.net community and the staff at HL2.net. I will no longer attempt to rejoin a community for quite a long time, or even hiding under a different identity. I am going to retain myself for quite a while, especially from hiding. I know many of you think I am not being sincere, and you have the right to take this at face value. If it were possible, I would like to return and hope that I wasn’t hated, but if the damage was too great, I won’t bother any of you anymore.

However, I just have to ask, why were you stealing other people's work and passing it off as your own? I can understand things like losing your temper and such, but I just don't understand how anyone can steal someone else's artwork. I'm just genuinely curious as to your motivation.

Well for a start I'd not get comfortable here, your no longer welcome. Secondly I think you should contact those artists you stole from and apologies to them. Dan Milligan, John Wallin, those video games you claimed art from. And perhaps countless others we don't know about. Afterall you'd had a number of accounts prior to arsenic where you posted work which I think we can say for sure was not yours.

I'd also like a FULL explanation as do others. For why the hell you claimed all this art as your own. Did you honestly believe you wouldn't be found out? Why did you do it, why did you continue to do it after you were caught each time, and in a number of cases by the actual artists themselves.

This is just yet another fake apology, I wouldn't be surprised if he's signing up again as I type this. His behavior is nothing new, he's done this elsewhere, he also does the whole sob stories too.

I hope he doesn't come back. Don't want him around here. Besides he's BOS now for signing up countless times after being banned. I'm only holding off for a few hours to give him a chance to explain himself, then he's banned again and all his other accounts whenever he's found out. Which isn't hard, he's no Waldo.

I don't expect any of you too believe me, at all. The things I did were completely wrong, and I completely understand. I have apologized to Dan Milligan, but the other various artists I have not. Pendragon, I understand you being mad, and quite upset, as well as Fenric. Fenric, your statement, your 'Mental Boy' comment, it is true. Tho I will not go into details as it will sound like I am trying to get attention. No sir, I'm not. I've already put alot of attention on myself, which is very bad. Bob, or 'OldFaq' I believe, I specifically apologize to you. My rude behavior the other day was unacceptable, ecspecially the editing of posts. I've put a lot of shame on myself. Only time can tell that I am being truthful, and it will turn out I will not return. I've done this at another site as well, and have written up an apologies as well, but they too had not forgiven me, though the case there was a lot worse. I've put a very large sin on myself, and highly regret it. Some things, however were true, that you may or may not believe. My graphics skills is one thing that is true, such as signatures and such. Modeling/Skinning/Sound Editing/ and Textures I do not do. I also do mapping, but not for Half-Life. Mainly the Battlefield series. I don't expect any of you too believe me, as I have no trust at all. I must say this however, to people that do know me personally, I am a totally different person. Once again, you probably don't believe me. I apologize too all the modifications I 'compromised' but I had meant it to cause no harm, I had only wanted to help, to try and bring something to something I thought was great. From the previous site, I have been gone for three weeks, and not one attempt to re-register, which in my words I consider an accomplishment in my part. I know I sound pathetic and unbelievable, but I assure you I will not return. Once again, I sincerely apologize to all I have hurt.

Meh, come on guys. He broke the rules and getting baned is the just punishment. I dont know this guy but what I do know is that its realy his problem, he is the one who is going to deal with it. I seem to have this problem with encouraging those who strive to become better individuals. Even though it may seem like a fluke, we shoudl still encourage him to become better as an individual. Its not going to effect me if he chooses to continue on with his behavior, he will meet the consequinces of his actions by himself. However it is not my job to try and decipher the secrets of the heart I only wish to encourage it. Now I know what it means to be hurt and loose your trust for some one, a lot closer to me than some forum member. Yet even those people can be motards we should try our best to exercise forgiveness and encourage this guy to get on the right path.
