my characters mouth wont move!

how to fix this crappy bug?

Is that really a sign of a warezed copy? Because I have a strange problem where animations are messed up while I'm recording or playing demos. People don't walk. They just kinda float around with there arms out to their sides....

It's only when I'm recording demos though so it's no big deal. Just kinda annoying. All the other animations are ok.

this is a missing file issue (try starting hl2 in windows diagnostic mode, you'll see something similar, i dunno why)


if you had steam, it would automatically give you the missing files buy half life 2
