I feel I owe a little something in return for people around here putting up with my BS, agonizing torture in post form, (I respect that) so I present to you one of the best flashROM sites I know to date.

Lots of fun to be had here.

My personal favorite is Demonic Defense 4.

Also be sure to play Divine Intervention. Disturbing game about a priest blowing the shit out of possessed people. Complete with South Park-esqe visuals.
Some are quirky room escape games, others are just plain weird. I used to play these games all the time during my internship when I had no work to finish and nothing better to do.
