My First Post and Video

Hi,
Some of you will know me from the Steam forums. I'm helping my friends publicize their video. So forgive me for making my first post a raving advertisment.

The video is called: Confessions of a Security Guard. You can find it here: http://www.machinima.com/films.php?id=22633

It's a machinima music video using U2's song Elevation. Basically it's a love triangle between Barney, Mossman and Alyx. It also has an NPC called Kenny in it who funnily enough keeps getting killed Anyway it's a good laugh especially once the U2 song starts. Please take a look! I didn't really get most of the scene setups or anything, but it was technically excellent.

Yes it's insane...The idea is that Barney hears Kleiner's message about procreation and decides to see if either Alyx or Mossman will take him up on the offer. To his surprise they both do then starts the music video segment. It's supposed to be silly but I think you are right it could have come across clearer. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks! I appreciate all the feedback. I think the main problem with the video is that it is unconventional and has some abstract humour. But if you can ignore the Half-Life 2 main story and suspend your disbelief you will find it funny. I hope It's not really supposed to make loads of sense it's just supposed to be a Monty Python type humour fest. The explanation on Machinima.com is wrong. So just try to enjoy it for what it is.
