My game crashes when loading a new area

When i went to load a new area, it said loading as usual, but then went to the title screen instead of proceeding me. If i tried to load a game it would freeze, if i tried to exit it would freeze. The only way to get out of the game at the point was to alt tab and cntl alt del the game. I had no problems loading the first few lvls. Anything i can do to fix this?

Can someone give me the console command to warp to the next level. It will be Black Mesa East Chapter. I need the console command to warp to there.
