My games are gone.

So I got the OB and installed Ep2, Portal and TF2. when I opened TF2 a black screen kept poping up and getting closed down. this went on for a minute until I hit alt, ctrl delete. I ended up closing the program and started it again. It worked!. An I managed to play TF2 3 times with no problem after that. now when I double click on the icon to start TF2, Portal or ep2 a blue loading ring pops up for a second and nothing happens. nothing loads I can't play any of the games I paid $$ for. I opened my steam account and in the "my games" folder, I no longer see the list of games I have installed. that would be everything from the OB and Dark Messiah single/multi player.
under installed I have HL2 deathmatch, ep1 and lost coast, status is pre-load complete. double clicking on these just to see if it would load, leads me to the store page so that I could buy the game..again. WTF

ps I'm running Vista ultimate 64x

Maybe your credit card got turned down.

Delete the ClientRegistry.blob file in your Steam folder.

That, or try restarting Steam.

its a common bug in steam that i still dont understand why it hasnt been fixed yet.

The Gman created it. It cannot be fixed.

I don't understand why people don't think of restarting Steam before posting.
