My harddrive not detected at first boot

Like the title suggests, I have had trouble with my hard drive for some time now, what actually happens is that when the computer boots up the first time, it does not detects the hard drive, however it works when rebooting and I can go into windows.

Although its not life threatening, it does get anoying, so I was just wondering if someone knows how to deal with it
