my headphones wont work with my speakers

hi, ive got some surround sound logitech z60 5.1 sourround speakers, but when i stick in my headphones no sound comes out?

can anyone help?

when i stick in the headphones new sound comes out the speakers , and the headphones work as i have tried them on my cd player. ill see if turning on the volume control will work.

Well, as a manufacturer, my logic would be that if you plug in headphones you don't want sound coming out of the speakers.

ok i got the sound to work but its not very loud?

and it is only coming out of 1 headphone, pah u moved it i posted it in the ot forum cuz more ppl view it.
