My niece has been abused.

My sister just picked my nieces up. I was babysitting them so that her and my brother-in-law could have a nice night out. When they came in, they told me something that they just found out right after they dropped the girls off. Since October, my 2-year-old niece Emma has been being abused by the woman who runs her day care. She has been made to kneel and hold her hands out like a cross in time-out, spanked with a spatula when she would not go to sleep at nap time, and beaten with a belt when noncompliant. All I know is that my mother is a cop, my father is a lawyer, and my sister is one crazy bitch. These ****ers messed with the wrong family.

You always hear about this stuff on the news, you know? You never think it will happen to the people you love.

Was a family here who sued a daycare center recently, when the child had been noncompliant they locked the child into a 100% dark closet for the -entire- day, it's sickening that these happen at places where people are supposed to take CARE of the child.

An employee was fired about a month ago, and has been trying to get in touch with my sister ever since. She finally caught up with her today.

My niece is only two years old, so suffice to say she doesn't have the most brilliantly developed speech pattern yet. Every morning, my sister would take her to "school" and this lady would open the door, and my niece would go NUTS. My sister just figured it was a kid being a kid. Now she's beating her self up for not seeing the real reason.

you shouldnt be posting this info ... to protect the victem's identity because they are a minor. Anyways I hope you nail this person to the freakin wall ..if that was my son I'd ram that person's head through the wall ..and I'm a non-violent person.

my wife called me at work not 10 minutes ago saying the day care she visited today was filthy and the woman in charge said "oh when I have to go out, I leave the kids with my teenaged daughter" ..I was horrified when I heard that ..wont be going to her that's for sure
