My "no half-life information" plans

for the next week I am not going to look at any screenshots, read the hl2 section of the forum o read the front page if it has anything to do with the game. I am doing this because I have coem to the point where nothing seems interesting in this game anymore, and I miss that feeling of excitement!

Basicly, anyone want to join me? No reading the forums till E3. Then I will watch the videos then go back to not reading the hl2 section again..

thats a really weak attempt at withdrawing yourself from the hype, the videos will cause you to rehype the game ten fold.

with any luck you'll be back on the forum during E3/shortly after E3, heh.

if you really wanna do it right then dont watch anything from E3, dont read anything on this site, avoid hl2 at all costs until its in stores.

Soooo... you're not going to read any information because it isn't interesting for you anymore? What good will that do? If you miss the feeling of excitement you should do the opposite and read and watch everything you can get, the chance you'll be hyped up again by a certain piece of info would be higher.

I don't really get what you intend to achieve with this.

Well it's certainly worth trying if you think that will recreate the hype for you.

But I won't join you! I'm way too hyped up again and can't stand the events happening over night so I'm missing out on everything!!!

I am hoping instead of hearing about things couple times a day when I check the forums, I want that feeling of wow again. Nothing is cool about the game at this point..
