... More specifically, my graphics card has a cold. When I turn the PC on, the gfx card fan rattles its little arse off for a good 10 minutes, gradually getting quieter as it warms up. Damn ATi stock coolers are useless.

Decided to buy a Zalman VF700-Cu LED GPU Cooler to replace it. These things any good?

I've got one on my x1900gt and it works really well. Fairly quiet and cools other components on the card too (VRAM etc). You should check before and after for how loud the different coolers are in a game.

i have the vf900 but its similar to the 700 and it dropped my temperatures 10 degrees from the stock cooler. plus it is really quiet.

ooo thats nice. Air cooled? How much is that?

Cheap actually, 16 GBP ... about 25 to 30 USD?

Well it arrived this morning so i've fitted it and it's working brilliantly ... very quiet, very cool, and the blue LED suits the rest of the case LEDs which are the same colour blue. Everything looks like it was made to fit!

Reccommend that cooler to anyone who wants something cheap but quiet and cool-looking.
