How well do you think my pc will run HL2?

I've got:
Stock AMD Athlon XP 2600+ 2.1 ghz
768 mb of pc 2700
ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 128 mb
80 Gig western digital 7200 Rpm hdd
Asus A7V8X - X:dozey:
