My Sound ????????

Hello people need some help.
First off this is to do with cs, didnt know where else to post. Plus I fidured most of you played cs aswell anyways.

*Problem*
Right about 1hr ago I was playin cs and everything was fine.
Then I watched a demo of the Winter CPL Finals.
After I watshed them I went to play cs again but somethin was different. When people talk on the server all my sound ie Guns,Footsteps,Ambient all get lower.
Before I watched them demos everything was fine.
Now I think whats has happened is that when the demo started it ran some commands in my console.

I was wondering if any1 knows how to fix this??
Is the a command to put in or wat?

Any help would be greatful. :thumbs:

I know you are all excited about the new update and I dont like replying to my own thread, but does no1 know...I got an idea, how about help me while you wait for the update :naughty:

You've checked all your sound options?

Have you checked Volume Control? What did the demo play in? I've had bad players mess with my sound levels before. Double click the speaker by the clock, or if it's not there, go to Start... All Programs... Accessories... Entertainment... Volume Control...
