my steam buying dilemma

i bought through steam before (CZ) this was when i had a debit card. well i closed my account, now im gonna use my moms card. how do i change it to her card? does steam just ask you your cc# every time you buy through it or what? thanks in advance

ive only bought through steam once, as i guess many others have. i dont know, but for security measures theyll more than likely ask for your details all over again.

and u can only use visa or mastercard.
