My steam ticket has expired?

Every time I try to join a server it says that my steam ticket has expired and that I should say my password again, well I put my password in and try to login it says Login failed. Anyone knows how to fix this??

try deleting ur clientblob.dll file in the Steam folder.
its helped me many times.. what it does is, it triggers ur Steam account to look for updates and that generally solves most problems.
