What kinda games are you planning to play with it? Because it's not exactly future proof...
One thing for sure is I would suggest 2x1GB of memory instead of 2x512MB.

it's a tem set-up Im going to get Intel later this fall.
The only thing I bought really was mobo and fan,The case I will use when I get Intel set up this fall

That CPU cooler is really cheap. I bet it won't be that great and probably loud too.
I can see you were trying to be really cheap with the parts. Referb card, open box motherboard. I guess that is why it is a temp build.
No need for the sound card then. You have sound built into the motherboard.
