My vehicles cant steer when install a mod

Whenever i install a mod into my Half-Life 2 and play it all the vehicles have no steering wheel and the buggy has no front wheels as well. Therefor i cant steer any of my vehicles. So far ive tried the diffculty mod and the real weapons mod and they give me the same issue they are both type of mod that you will have to add into the set launch options on steam after you extract the zip file into the Steam/SteamApps/yoursteamuser_ID/half-life 2 folder.
