My Weapon has gone Invisible!

I've just changed the pulse gun (V_IRifle). However, when i view it ingame, its invisible! When it fires, you can see the shot but not the gun.

Do you know why this is?

well, if you replaced it with a model you built yourself, my guess is that you had it wrongly aligned.

If you skinned it, the texture's borked.

check ur .smd file in notepad and see if its pointing to null.bmp
instead of ur actual texture that might be the problem.

Thanks for your help guys. I checked through the VMT files to find that they didnt point to the mask.
