Well, not really, but someone who works at the same company *Morrisons Supermarket* as me has put up an odd blog about what life is like working for the lovely people there :dozey:.

www.morrisons-employee.blogspot.com

The site was also featured in the Sunday Times as well.

If you ever work in a dead end job with dead end idiot managers, you will know where this guy comes from and the people on the forums as well.

I work at Tesco :D

The managers there live for Tesco, except these two who're just stuck there because they don't have the motivation or skills to do better...

Ah well.

I used to work for Safeway/Morrisons until I couldn't stand it any longer. They are both awful companies to work for and are a bloody shambles. Non existent training, poor management and god awful procedures did my head in.

So then you started Halflife2.net. Seems like a good tradeoff.

I was still working for them when Halflife2.net started, it's not really a full time job :)

What was your job there?

I work in the bakery, far better then on the shop floor.

Done bakery, ambient, checkouts, stock management, merchandising, etc. Pretty much every department in store.

hehe, I know you have a life and job outside of Halflife2.net, I just thought the site came at some point after quitting.

It was a seamless transition ;)

:O The Safeways here in Arizona, USA aren't so bad.

Or maybe it's just the one here. Doesn't matter though because all my shopping goes to Super Wal Mart as soon as construction is done, just gotta pave the front lot and it opens :D

If you mean the Woolworths Safeway then it is okay to shop there, not so sure about working there though :o
