I was in Radioshack earlier and saw this on the TVs in there. I was suprised to say the least.

Even the well-respected German automaker BMW got in on the act, using a clip of the original video as part of a winter holiday promotion. One minor alteration to the clip was made: the box was altered to make it look like a toy robot, presumably to avoid any copyright issues with Nintendo. The BMW ad, too, made it to YouTube. [1]
