Napoleon DYNAMITE

i tend to like indie comedies, like adaptation and malchovich, although this is totally different, it's an indie comedy, which is good in my book, i want to see it
 
I don't know what it is, but everytime I see or think about the trailer I laugh to like 2 minutes. I really hope it plays here.
 
I'm sorry, but it looks really stupid. Sorry, but, no way man.
 
I finally saw this movie and OMFG, one of the funniest movies I have ever seen and easily the best movie out right now.

Napoleon Dynamite: I told you! I spent it with my uncle in Alaska hunting wolverines!
Don: Did you shoot any?
Napoleon Dynamite: Yes, like 50 of 'em! They kept trying to attack my cousins, what the heck would you do in a situation like that?
Don: What kind of gun did you use?
Napoleon Dynamite: A freakin' 12-gauge, what do you think?
 
I mean to watch this once it comes on video...it wasn't available in any theaters near my house.

Well, it is about this loser...who has no friends no car and nobody likes him...just a few days of his life.

You know, there's like a butt-load of gangs at this school. This one gang kept wanting me to join because I'm pretty good with a bowstaff.
 
Great movie. I can see a few similarities with some people I know. He runs just like my friend when he's just messing around. The boots he wears are boots that I wore out in the snow when I was a little kid. GOSH!!!

Actually about to go see it again with some friends in less than an hour.
 
Napoleon Dynamite is an instant classic. I haven't laughed that hard for that long (at a movie) in years.

Out of the last 50 movies I've seen it is definately one of the top three.

I saw it last month, very, very funny.

I saw it again this month, I can't wait till DVD version is out.

Did you see the re-release version of it? It has an extra 5 minutes at the end of it, a wedding scene, and it is hilarious.
 
I think I'll watch this movie ..it has a Rushmore feeling to it ...which was a great movie

I think it's Napoleon's mannerisms that puts this movie over the top. Sure...the lines are great, but without the character behind them, they aren't nearly as good.

Exactly, it wouldn't be nearly as funny without Napoleon saying it. I remember all my friends quoting the movie and I thought they were just retarded to find any of that crap funny, but after seeing the movie every single quote is hilarious. All the Characters were done perfetly from Pedro to Uncle Rico, it is only funny if they say it.

The best part is when the bully is trying to take that kids bike and Pedro's cousins pull up in the low rider and just shake their heads 'no'.

You people HAVE to see this movie.

I've seen it 5 times now. And I saw it the day it came out about 2 months ago.

And 3 of those 5 times...wile comming out of the theater I've had people say "hey you look like Napoleon!".

And I guess I do a litte........ :rolleyes:

Its not the best example...as I try not to look very 'duh' in my pictures. But if you saw me sitting around not paying anny attention....you'd probably see it.
