Yes, kids, it?s time for an update on upcoming Norwegian Nazi zombie comedy Dead Snow - the latest from director Tommy Wirkola of kill Buljo fame - and the update is a good one. Wirkola?s snow-zombie horror comedy epic has just been announced as a selection at the Sundance Festival and to celebrate they have just followed up the earlier teaser with a brand new, full length theatrical trailer.

does the poster look familiar?

Why yes, yes it does.

Movie sounds crap though.

Do you suppose they sat down during a creative roundtable and thought to themselves, Zombies arnt evil enough, how about Zombie Nazis, nah still not bad enough, .... ok Zombie Nazis in Snow! Perfect!

Give them a break, it's a comedy, probably meant to be a parody. It might still fail but you can at least forgive them for the premise being absurd - that's the point.

But... snow isn't evil. :(

Except for when it's causing hour long traffic jams on the way to college. One mil. of snow in the West Midlands is enough for full blown anarchy in the streets round these parts. Wolverhampton has like... one 'gritter to it's councils name.

/small rant

Because L4D totally invented the "hand jutting upward" symbol.

If you ask me L4D's logo is more of a parody of movies that may have done this in the past.

Look, Land of The Dead copied from L4D four years into the future! Bastards!

except I never said anything about which came first, nor did I say it copied left 4 dead ..all I asked was whether it looks famliar? obviously it does

Cut off one of the fingers and then you're treading zombie lawyer territory.

Wasn't this a movie in A Series of Unfortunate Events?

Sounds like they stole this from COD 5... or the other way around
