The only problem a box could really give you is if it didn't clearly show what game it contains. Really, as long as it says Doom3 in big bold letters what is the difference: it'll just end up in the garbage next week anyway.

I could care less about the box, ever heard of "never judge a book by its cover" ? the same applies here, the game could have a cover made by a first grader and i wouldnt care, just give me the game. If you're talking about the quality, well ive seen the pictures and it looks alright to me, but in the end it doesnt really matter.

I'm glad I will probaly get D3 in nice plastic dvd case (yeah I know doom3 is not on dvd) but every new game here in the stores is boxed in a nice plastic small case. :cheers:

I'm pretty indifferent to the box really...I mean, Its not my favourite but its not the reason for my not buying the game.

lol, why would I have the game? I didn't even preorder it.. I plan on wandering into EBGames on the 3rd and seeing if I can pick up a copy or not..
