Need a new graphic card

I think my Geforce FX 5600 have served me well untill today. Tried to play some of new game demos but it seemed to lag hard.

Anyway, I'm thinking of getting an ATI card. I have no idea what kind of graphic card format I have. But I'm pretty sure I have AGP since I got this PC two years ago.

Can you guys give me any advice which graphic card I should get? I need the card as soon as possible. I can't even play BF2 with this card.

Need a card that costs about between $300-$380. Or close to 400 bucks.

Make sure you have an adequate power suply and mobo when you get a new card.
