Need a server-side mod for hl2dm

Well, since I'm not skilled in this area I'm in search of someone who can do a what I perceive to be a simple server-side mod for the benefit of my clan that focuses on realistic skydiving.

Anyways, a while ago someone released a parachute mod for Gmod 10 that let you literally go into ragdoll mode/third person when you pressed a button, then pull a chute with another button press that would gently float them to the ground. When to ragdoll touched the ground it would go back into first-person mode and you would be able to continue walking around

Anyways, I need this same idea but for hl2dm and hell, maybe even just a parachute without the ragdoll stuff would work.

All I need is maximum a ragdoll skydiving+parachute mod or minimum just a parachute that floats the player to the ground so they don't sustain damage.

(Parachute model would be greatly appreciated.)

Also I may use this in a basic mod I'm working on, if it can be done .

you got your thirdperson

maybe you need to reset the camera from 90 or -90 (don't really remember) and set it to: 0
now you should see your character from behind in thirdperson.

I'm not sure how to make a sort of plugin for 1 of the source games so I can't help your further other than modificate an hl2 mod... but thats server and client side...
maybe someone else can help you on this (not sure if there is one on this forum)
