You can always shop around and get some "Latest" Brand Name PC for a $1000.00 but, I will grantee you; no matter how hard you bargain, you will end up less than what you paid for.

build you own rig.
If you don't know how; learn and have someone who knows how to build supervise.
If you don't want to learn/build; then find a friend who's willing to build it for you.

This case you will buy only the components you want, the quality and the bargain.

Ps. I like Sea's selection and he saved you $100-200.

The only hard things to setup (IMO) are the CPU, applying the thermal, HSF and BIOS, everything else is plug-and-play; even a caveman can do it.
