Its an AMD Thunderbird. 1.2 Ghz at 200 bus speed. I was wondering if anyone could help me with overclocking it. I have run into some things i don't understand. Heh.. typical. I have followed some guides but all i find are very general guides to overclocking and then some crap about benchmarks on every page. I dont need benchmarks i need in depth guides. Why is that so hard to find on the internet?
They say how high they managed to get my type of CPU, up to 1.33 Ghz stable without extra cooling. But they don't explain it in detail (bastards). Its like that wherever i look. God I'm so frustrated.
I have the Abit KT7-Raid Motherboard which is without any dip switches. Completely Bios configurable. But i don't get all the options in there in regards to FSB speeds. I/O voltage, jada jada bla bla... ya know?
SO... I have already done the famous "pencil trick on it" connecting the L1 to unlock it. (if you get what i mean.)
Help please?
