Need Help Big Time

OK i have the problem where i get the "steam-error-this game is currnetly unavailable please try again at another time" ive tried restarting steam and all that but nothing works, now i was snooping in random files and folers hoping to find a soloution when i cam across the "ERROR LOGS" and in one of those error logs it says quote( Error:Steam error: SteamProcessCall(LaunchApp)(0xab0015,0x16dfc04,0x16dfd0c) failed with error 1: Failed to create directory c:\program files\valve\steam\steamapps\dave947\half-life 2\hl2\bin, Win32 Error 183 "Cannot create a file when that file already exists.")unquote" any help will be very good as this has raised my spirits that the gaming community has a soloution to this problem of mine

I found the official information on your problem.

It says...

1) Shut down Steam.

2) Got to the folder "C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam" or whatever it is on your machine

3) Rename the file ClientRegistry.blob to ~ClientRegistry.blob

4) Restart Steam
