need help buying new pc equipment

hi guys --

looking for a new mobo, processor, and ram.

i currently have an amd athlon XP 2000+ mobo and a 1.67 piece-of-crap processor.

my vidcard is an AGP geforce 6800, but it'll be willingly to buy a newer PCI-E vid card if a new PCI mobo requires it.

Do any of the dfi boards actually have agp support (for those of us who want to wait for the DX10 cards to come out, but want to start incramental upgrades).
