Need Help! Cpu Ugrade For Dell

sounds nebieish but i want to upgrade my 1.6 P4 to at least a 2.6 but i cant find info for my mother board anywhere and what speed it is cabable of. My computers a Dell Dimension 4200 and i know the motherboard was made by intel but tweaked by dell and i have no clue where to get any info ...HELP!:flame: :flame: :bounce:

well, the highest that you cna upgrad to is 2.4Ghz, as that is the hoghest p4 with a 400MhzFSB, which is what you have.
