Need help finding software

Okay there is this tutorial video software that surely must be out there. I've seen it used in MANY tutorial videos, and they all have something in common. The file size is generally really small(like 14-15mb for a 20-30minute presentation), the image quality is superb, as well as the sound quality. The other most notable feature is a yellow circle indicator that follows the cursor around on-screen to help viewers follow the tutorial guy's mouse movements.

Is this a specific software? If so... I'd love to know what it is.
