Need help (modding question)

So i got the MDL decompiler from that cannon site, and its great. but when i loaded animations, this is what i got

The animations are a little choppy. anyone know a better mdl to smd converter?

Maybe because it's just a preview. Have you tried using the animation ingame yet?

no, i can load the animations into 3ds max but when i press play, their all choppy and unrealistic. its not a preview, its a converter so i can use it in the 3d editor. so my question is: are their any better things that don't mess up animations when you load them?
