Need Help on XP theme...

anyone know how to install XP themes from http://www.skinbase.org/latest_skins.php ????? I got the Phenom XP skin theme and the Calypso one. No readme!!! and I can't find any instructions on the site which is weird...

If you want to be able to use visual styles, go to www.tgtsoft.com. There are tons of other skinning programs, so check out www.stardock.com
