Need help remembering movie.

OK, all i remember about this movie was that it was in some post apocalyptic future, it had something to do with cyborgs if i remember right. This person had the last living baby in the world but it had to be taken care of at a hospital in some other city. Sorry for the vague explanation, its all i can remember i hope someone knows the movie name
