Need help reversing a phys_torque direction

I'm a total n00b and I can't figure out how to get a phys_torque to twist in the opposite direction. I've tried messting with the axis and I've tried giving it a negative angular acceleration, and nothing seems to get it to twist the other way. What am I missing here, fellas?
