NEED help!! (video card related )

I have a evga 6800 nu and i won a copper heatsink from them
but its says that its for a GT evga GT and NU look exactly the same and i believ they have the same heatsink
should i try and put it on and should i be using my own termal compound cause i got some silicon paste from arctic cooling
and my temps are ~63 C

JUST INSTALLED THE COPPER HEATSINK :naughty:
ITS SO CALLLED 15 C colder than usual alumnim heatsink
ITS SO COLD i need a HEATER ;( :angel:
